The Makings For Tonight's Dinner

Oh it was! The tomatoes, cucumbers and two of the onions went into a Mediterranean salad, along with fresh mint and parsley, Kalamata olives and feta; the patty pan squash, beans, carrots and one of the onions went into a veg medley with butter and a Penzeys herb blend called Rocky Mountain seasoning, and the corn was just boiled in the same water in which I blanched celeriac about ten minutes prior.

It was satisfying on several levels.
